REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds for all shows are at the discression of the Show Managements and are only given if the purchased service can not be provided. If a credit is deemed to be necessary, such as the horse is phsically hurt or sick and if notification is  sent PRIOR to the start of show,  the credit is applied by one of 2 methods:

    1. The ride(s) are moved to an upcoming show.
    2. A discount coupon is issued using the billing email address.  These coupons are good until December 31 of the calendar yes.

    There are no credits given when notified after show date begins. 
    There are no credits given to rider not submitting a entry and/or video by show close.
    There are no credits given when a horse is called off by the judge
    There are no credit given when a video does not have a sign
    There are no credits given when a video does not have a equipment check
