Cost is a factor for everyone.  While VHS wants to send out all the prizes and ribbons, that costs money and shipping prices are going up.   So how an you reduce you entry fee….WAIVE the ribbon and prize.   You will still get your entry results in your email or mailed to you, but save $5 a ride by skipping the shipment of prizes if you win.
