TWO WAYS TO ENTER A SHOW: AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL
From the beginning we aimed to create a show system that was easy. We though a e-commerce / amazon method would be simple and direct…but some of you just like the old way. Paper, entry, no accounts. We got it. So instead of entering a show or coaching session ONLY the electronic way, you now can either either paper/separate pay, even though it is much more work for us. ENTER the office fee (We tried to avoid it, but time is time).
Now your have a choice:
AUTOMATIC ENTRY METHOD : NO OFFICE FEE
Now you may enter directly using the automatic system and avoid the office fee. This uses woocommerce and a purchase form. You will find the link on each show description.
1. By doing this we waive the $10 office fee
2. You may be granted on sale entries
3. Discount coupons may be used
MANUAL METHOD : $10 OFFICE FEE
- The manual method of entry requires you to download and fill out a PDF file, then return the PDF file to the show office via email: virtualhorsesport@gmail.com
- Discount coupons can not be used
- Full entry fee price is charge (no sales)
- You can not immediately upload a video to your entry. We will have to process your entry form by hand.
- You will not see your entry form under your profile.
