The Virtual Horse Sport Service is based on a patent pending utility patent for virtual sport competitions. The software mimics the entire process of a physically based show, giving a technological option to run sport competitions in a new and cost effective way, including merging physical and remote competitions. Thus granting access to those who may not have the availability of money.

Probably one of the biggest issues for riders participating in Virtual Horse Competitions is the filming and uploading of the videos. Virtual Horse Sport takes the guess work out of the process. If necessary, we are available to personally take each and every competitor through the process on the phone.
There is a setup by step guide to how to film a ride and enter a show . Then, once they have entered, the entry form has 4 different video upload options:
a) A YouTube video link
b) A Google Drive direct upload
c) Direct upload to our server
d) Email Attachment to virtualhorsesport@gmail.com (Not Recommended)
e) Email for Direct Google Drop Box access
Finally, the rider has the option to keep their video private, away from other riders. Except for the total points and percentage, the individual scores are ALWAYS private.
RIDERS AND ENTRIES
The system features are it’s cross-referencing. Using the #1 Ecommerce package, called Woocommerce, we have tied into that powerful system.
1. Every ride is associated with an order number for easy cross referencing of video uploads
2. Every ride has it’s “own show number”
3. Every purchase is directly associated with a assigned show.
RIDE ACCOUNTABILITY
Just as in a physically based horse show, the Virtual Horse Sport system has dual point and verification. The system automatically computes the total points and percentages on the fly and places them into the database. But it also send a secondary computation via email that the Virtual Horse Sport staff, verify the automatic entries, before changing the status of the ride to completed and notifying the rider by email and/or Text message.
WHAT ABOUT THE JUDGES OR CLINICIANS?
You have an option of picking your own judge or clinician and making any compensation arrangements you feel are appropriate, OR we can pay the judge using our own pricing model.
